📌 Minimum Order Quantity
MOQ is determined per request — share your design, dimensions and requirements and we will define the optimal quantity together. The economical sweet spot starts around 100 pieces; below this per-piece cost rises sharply due to resin and setup overhead.
📌 Sample Production
For new projects we strongly recommend a paid sample run of 1–10 pieces before full production. Sample lead time is 4–6 business days. Once approved, production batch lead time is 6–12 business days.
📌 Revision Cycles
One round of artwork revision is included free after first quote. Additional revisions are quoted on time-and-materials.
📌 Re-orders
Re-orders against existing artwork run on the same setup — typically 4–8 business days lead time, no setup charge.
📌 Export Lead Time
For Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France: 6–12 business days production + 5–10 days transit. Express via DHL/UPS available with surcharge.
