📌 Minimum Order Quantity
MOQ is set per product specification. For UV digital prints we can start from a single prototype; for screen-printed runs the natural minimum is around 100 pieces because of plate setup. Send your design and we will define the optimal MOQ together.
📌 Lead Time
Standard lead time is 5–10 business days from artwork approval. Express production (2–3 business days) is available with surcharge. Complex assemblies including embossed keypads run 10–15 business days.
📌 Accepted File Formats
- Preferred: AI (Adobe Illustrator), CDR (CorelDRAW), vector PDF, EPS
- Accepted: high-resolution PNG / JPG (min 300 dpi)
- Not ideal: screenshots, low-resolution Word images
📌 Sample and Prototype
For new projects we recommend a paid sample run of 1–10 pieces before production. Sample lead time is typically 4–6 business days. Once approved, production runs against the same artwork.
📌 Revision Cycle
One round of artwork revision is included free of charge after first quote. Additional revisions are quoted on time-and-materials.
📌 Export Lead Time
For Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France: 5–10 business days production + 5–10 days transit. Express via DHL/UPS available.
